Hume Care TrimRX backs itself with a straightforward promise: at least 10% of your starting body weight gone within 6 months when you follow the program as laid out. Do that consistently and still land short? Every subscription fee comes back to you, no back-and-forth required.

What Qualifying Looks Like

A handful of conditions apply for the money-back guarantee to kick in:

• A minimum of 6 full months spent on the Hume Care TrimRX program.
• Medication taken as prescribed, with required clinical check-ins attended.
• Monthly 3D body composition scans completed on the expected schedule across all 6 months.
• Real engagement with your clinical team's guidance and any program tweaks along the way.
• A refund claim submitted within 30 days of your 6-month assessment.

The Refund Process

1. Send an email to support@humecare.com with your account information, noting you're invoking the 10% guarantee.
2. Our clinical team checks your scan history and adherence records — this usually wraps up in 3–5 business days.
3. Approved claims see a full refund land back on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

The Scope Of A Refund

Covered under the guarantee: Hume Care TrimRX subscription fees paid across your 6-month stretch. Not covered: third-party expenses like pharmacy co-pays where insurance handled part of the medication cost, or any optional add-ons bought separately.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can step away from Hume Care TrimRX whenever you want, for whatever reason, without a cancellation fee. Send an email to support@humecare.com or handle it directly from the account section of the Hume Health app. Your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charge follows. We don't issue partial refunds for unused days within an active period, aside from cases where the law says otherwise.

On Returning Medication

Once dispensed, prescription medication can't legally be returned or resold — that's a pharmaceutical regulation, not a Hume Care TrimRX policy. If you're cancelling before touching a current shipment, reach support immediately and we'll figure out the right next step given your situation and the applicable pharmacy rules.
