These Terms of Service ("Terms") set the ground rules for using hume-care.org and the Hume Care TrimRX telehealth weight loss service (together, the "Services"), run by Hume Health Corp. The moment you use the Services, complete an assessment, or sign up for Hume Care TrimRX, you're bound by what follows.

1. Who Can Use Hume Care TrimRX

Hume Care TrimRX requires you to be 18 or older and based in the United States. The Services don't extend beyond US borders. Whether you actually qualify for prescription medication comes down entirely to a licensed Hume Care TrimRX physician reviewing your health assessment — simply being able to browse the website says nothing about your eligibility for treatment.

2. What Kind Of Service This Is — Telehealth Disclaimer

Hume Care TrimRX operates as a telehealth medical service. The physicians writing prescriptions here are licensed US practitioners working as independent medical professionals — not staff of Hume Health Corp. Your physician-patient relationship exists directly between you two. Hume Health Corp's role is the technology and logistics layer; it doesn't itself practice medicine.

Hume Care TrimRX was never meant to stand in for emergency care. If you're in a medical emergency, dial 911 without delay.

3. Subscription And Billing

Hume Care TrimRX functions as a recurring subscription, renewing on its own at the close of each billing cycle unless you step in to cancel. Any pricing change comes with advance notice before it takes hold. Cancellation is available anytime through the Hume Health app or by emailing support@humecare.com — full cancellation steps live on our Refund & Guarantee page.

4. Accuracy Of Medical Information

Providing accurate, complete health details — during your assessment and all through treatment — is on you. Submitting false or misleading information can result in treatment that's simply wrong for you, plus subscription termination without any refund. Tell your Hume Care TrimRX physician right away about any changes to your health or medications while you're on the program.

5. The Money-Back Guarantee

Full detail on the 10% body weight loss guarantee lives on our Guarantee & Refunds page, which this agreement folds in by reference. It applies specifically to qualifying patients who see through 6 full months of the program as directed.

6. What's Not Allowed

Misusing the Services isn't permitted — that covers submitting false health information, handing your prescription medication to someone else, using the platform for anything unlawful, or trying to work around security or access controls.

7. Ownership Of Content And Brand

"Hume Care TrimRX" and "Hume Health" belong to Hume Health Corp as trademarks. Everything you'll find on hume-care.org — copy, imagery, program design, underlying technology — is proprietary. You can't reproduce it without our explicit written go-ahead.

8. Limits On Liability

Wherever the law permits, Hume Health Corp's total exposure for any claim connected to these Terms or the Services caps out at whatever subscription fees you paid in the 3 months leading up to the claim. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages fall outside our liability. That said, nothing here caps liability tied to gross negligence, fraud, or injury caused by our own carelessness.

9. Which Law Applies

Delaware law governs these Terms. Disputes fall exclusively under Delaware court jurisdiction, regardless of conflict-of-law rules that might point elsewhere.

10. Updates To These Terms

Expect these Terms to shift periodically. Anything significant reaches active subscribers by email at least 14 days ahead of taking effect. Keep using the Services past that point, and the revised Terms cover you.
